WordPress Beginning to Suck
Not yet ready to declare: WORD PRESS SUCKS, but, the recent banning of BareNakedIslam.wordpress.com, a website devoted to exposing the atrocities of radical Islam by WordPress really pisses me off.

Bare Naked Islam is a popular and edgy counter-jihad blog that recently found itself in CAIR’s cross-hairs because BNI supported the right of home improvement store Lowe’s to not be forced to advertise (and pay for said advertising) on a low-rated TV show that tries to whitewash islamic supremacism. CAIR does not like that BNI uses language which does not bow to the cultural marxism of ‘political correctness’ and tells the truth about the brutal and atrocious crimes against humanity that are committed every single day all over the world by islamic supremacists for islam. So CAIR has been pushing to get the blog Bare Naked Islam shut down, because CAIR hates free speech.
I’m a 1st Amendment absolutist who believes anyone should be able to say, print or post anything they want about anything, regardless of whether it’s racially, religiously, culturally or otherwise offense to some group or individual.
It’s like TV, if you don’t like what you see on a particular channel, CHANGE THE FUCKING CHANNEL, YOU IDIOT.
I’ve been a happy WordPress user for almost five years now. I love the simplicity and ease of use the program affords bloggers. It’s easy enough to manipulate so that if you want to customize a template, as I have with this one, you can. Or if you’re a complete novice, you can just go with the gazillion free templates out there for your use.
But, this business of bowing to CAIR is almost enough to make me switch to Joomla or some other program. The good folks at BareNakedIslam, I hope, have learned the value of owning your own URL. In the meantime, I’m going to write a nasty gram over at the WordPress forum about their cowardly action.
